What’s included in the price? Are there any additional costs?

In short: our prices are fully transparent and include no hidden fees. With the custom-made mouthguard, the impression kit, shipping to you, and shipping back to us are all included. Even for Boil and Bite, we cover the delivery costs. Every custom mouthguard includes a perfect fit guarantee, and our team is always available to assist you.

What if my mouthguard doesn’t fit?

Custom-made: Every mouthguard comes with a perfect fit guarantee and is made based on your personal dental impression. If it doesn’t fit, we’ll fix it, send a replacement, or refund your money.

Boil and Bite: This type can easily be adjusted at home. Since the result depends on your adjustment, we only guarantee a perfect fit for the custom-made version.

Who wears your mouthguard?

Boxers from the German national team, MMA pros, rugby and ice hockey professionals, bare-knuckle fighters, world-famous coaches, legendary gym owners, and many more. If they trust us with their safety — why shouldn’t you?

Do you offer group orders or bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer group orders and bulk discounts for clubs and larger teams. Just message us in the chat (bottom right) with the number of people, and we’ll get back to you.

Can I order a mouthguard for my child/teenager?

Yes, simply select the appropriate age group during product selection.

How long does the whole process take?

Your Boil and Bite mouthguard or dental impression kit should arrive within 2–5 business days. The custom-made mouthguard is usually completed a few days after we receive your impression and then shipped to you directly.

Who shouldn’t wear your mouthguard?

At the moment, we cannot produce sports mouthguards for athletes with braces, removable dentures, loose teeth, or temporary crowns/bridges. If any of these apply to you, please do not order from us.

What material is the mouthguard made of?

We source all our materials from German suppliers. Our sports mouthguards are made of highly elastic EVA and durable PET-G — both free from plasticizers. PET-G is easy to mold, very stable, durable, and highly impact-resistant. EVA is known for its flexibility and cushioning properties and is widely used in comfort or shock-absorbing products.
