Fit / Satisfaction Guarantee

Our quality promise applies to all custom-made mouthguards: If your mouthguard does not fit, we fix the problem, send you a replacement or refund your money – quite simply.

The boil and bite mouthguard is fitted independently at home. Since the result is beyond our influence, we cannot provide a fit guarantee for this. A refund for the boil and bite mouthguard is only possible in the case of production defects.
