Our quality promise applies to all our custom-fit mouthguards: If your mouthguard doesn’t fit, we’ll fix the issue, send you a replacement, or refund your money. It’s that simple!

The Boil and Bite mouthguard is adjusted independently at home. Since the result is beyond our control, we cannot offer a fit guarantee for this version. A refund is only possible in case of manufacturing defects.
