Once we receive your dental impressions, your custom mouthguard is typically ready within a few days and then shipped straight to your door.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to manufacture mouthguards for athletes with braces, removable dentures, loose teeth or temporary crowns/bridges. If any of these points apply to you, then you should definitely not order from us!

Our materials are sourced exclusively from German companies.

Our sports mouthguards are made from highly elastic EVA and robust PET-G, both of which are free from plasticisers.

PET-G is easily moulded, very strong and durable and has a higher impact resistance.
