What’s included in the price? Are there any extra costs?

In short: our prices are fully transparent with no hidden fees. When you order a custom-made sports mouthguard, the dental impression kit, shipping of the kit to you, and the final mouthguard are all included. For Boil and Bite, shipping is also free. Every custom mouthguard comes with a perfect fit guarantee, and our team is always here to help.

What if my mouthguard doesn’t fit?

Custom-made: Each custom mouthguard comes with a perfect-fit guarantee and is made exactly to your dental impression. If something’s off, we’ll fix it, send you a replacement, or refund your money.

Boil and Bite: This mouthguard can easily be adjusted at home. Since the fit depends on how you mold it, we can only guarantee a perfect fit with the custom-made version.

Who wears your mouthguards?

Boxers from the German national team, MMA pros, rugby and ice hockey athletes, bare-knuckle fighters, world-renowned coaches, legendary gym owners and many more. If they trust us with their safety—why shouldn’t you?

Do you offer bulk orders or quantity discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk orders and quantity discounts for clubs and larger groups. Just send us a message via the chat (bottom right) with the number of people, and we’ll get back to you.

Can I order a mouthguard for my child or teenager?

Yes, just select the appropriate age option when choosing your product.

How long does it all take?

Your Boil and Bite mouthguard or dental impression kit should arrive within 2–5 working days. The custom-made mouthguard is usually crafted a few days after we receive your impression and then shipped to you immediately.

Who shouldn’t use your mouthguard?

Unfortunately, we can’t produce mouthguards for people with braces, removable dentures, loose teeth, or temporary crowns/bridges. If any of these apply to you, please do not place an order with us!

What material is the mouthguard made of?

We source all our materials exclusively from German manufacturers. Our sports mouthguards are made from highly elastic EVA and durable PET-G, both free of plasticizers. PET-G is easy to shape, very strong and long-lasting, with excellent impact resistance. EVA is known for its flexibility and cushioning, making it ideal for comfort and shock absorption.
